The Blessed Sacrament Chapel is always open with Perpetual Adoration, and the Lord is always waiting for you whenever you wish to visit Him in prayer.
The beautiful and exquisite Blessed Sacrament Chapel hosts daily Mass and Perpetual Adoration. Situated on the eastern side of the church, the chapel allows daily Mass attendees to praise God in the light of the new day each morning at 6:30 AM and 8:30 AM. The chapel has become a popular site for prayer, where quite often a single visit is enough to prompt a desire to return and be near the Lord again.
The chapel has recently undergone expansion to accommodate the growing numbers of daily mass attendees. Renovations began August 2002 and were completed and consecrated on February 15, 2003 by Bishop William E. Lori.
Perpetual eucharistic adoration provides a wonderful opportunity for anyone to spend time in the Real Presence of our Lord whenever the need or desire is felt. Our parish has been blessed to have perpetual adoration in our Blessed Sacrament Chapel since Ash Wednesday, March 5, 2003 and it is the only church in the diocese to offer 24 hour adoration, 7 days a week.
To make Perpetual Adoration possible requires committed adorers to ensure that there is always at least one person present adoring our Eucharistic Lord. If you are willing to sign up for a particular hour each week call 775-8154 and leave a message. Substitutes are available to fill in for sick days or vacations and as the need arises. If you are unable to commit to a scheduled hour, you may still visit the chapel whenever desired.
